Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all regions within Kenya.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of Ksh 300 for all orders, regardless of destination within Kenya.
Order Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are processed and shipped same day, from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- To qualify for same-day shipping, your order must be placed before 4:00 PM East Africa Time.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Transit Time
- Delivery time for all destinations in Kenya is typically 0–1 business day after dispatch.
- Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your specific location and courier conditions.
Shipping Carrier
We work with reliable local couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
