We ship to all destinations within Kenya.

  • Flat-rate shipping fee: Ksh 300
  • Same-day handling for orders placed before 4:00 PM EAT, Monday to Saturday
  • Delivery timeframe: 0–1 business day

5. Returns and Refunds

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.
