How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to your cart and check out. After you order, you'll receive an SMS or email confirmation with your order details. Our team will then contact you to confirm your delivery time and payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery and M-Pesa. Both are paid when your order is delivered.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched the same day, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Delivery is typically 0–1 business day after dispatch, and may vary slightly with your location and courier conditions.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll provide tracking information where applicable.

What is your return policy?
